About
Dr. Alana

Dr. Alana Green (TCM) is the founder of Lunar Chinese Medicine and a board registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist dispenser.

She graduated from RMIT University and had the privilege to undertake an internship at the renowned Jiangsu Provincial Hospital in Nanjing, China.

There she had insightful experiences in the gynaecological, immunological and paediatric departments.

Her drive for serving others came from growing up in country Victoria, where there was limited access to Integrative health services. Her goal is to bridge the gap between Modern medicine and Chinese Medicine; for her patients and the wider community to benefit from an Integrative medical model.

With over 7 years in private practice, Dr. Alana's pedigree has shown her present key note speaking, host workshops and events and treat an expansive range of patients from Melbourne and in rural Victoria.

Dr. Alana treats a wide variety of conditions as she focuses on general practice; ranging from IVF support, natural fertility to digestive conditions, autoimmune diseases, hormonal imbalances, musculoskeletal injuries and more. Dr. Alana has a particular interest in cholesterol and fatty liver disease.

When Dr. Alana is not in the clinic, she competes at national level in Pole Vault and spends time with her toy poodle, Hunni.
