About the event
Join Lunar Chinese Medicine X Sacred Spaces for a fusion of the ancient modalities of Yoga and Chinese Medicine.
We have created 6 x 2 hour healing sessions, each intentionally designed to restore and balance your Yin energy.
Join our restorative inner - city retreat where we have created a 'Sacred Space' for you to explore your inner world, to surrender within a nurturing community and achieve deeper states of relaxation.
The fusion of Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture provides for a powerful experience within the body; moving stagnant
'qi' (energy), releasing emotions stored in connective tissue / meridians and with intregation of these, enabling you the space to raise your energetic vibration for abundant healing.
The Chinese Medicine principles of 'Yin' explain the state of the divine feminine; allowing for a more reflective, vulnerable and gentle perspective on the mind, body and spirit. This overtly connects to the state of winter, where our Yin is most abudant, a time for more rest, slowing down and restoration.
In our sessions, we utilise additional techniques such as meditation, sound healing, breath work and more.
Although this is a 6 session series - they can be purchased as individual sessions.
