Your initial appointment is a get to know you and an understanding of your health concerns. We formulate your priorities to create a comprehensive holistic plan; focusing on root cause and current symptoms.
The length of the consultation is 90mins.
The initial appointment will include:

Analysing and discussing relevant blood tests and data relating to your concerns

Personalised treatment plan and summary booklet - including tailored nutrition (you will receive this within a week of your initial appointment).

Once we have established your goals and treatment plan, these treatments are for you to enjoy.
Optional return sessions include 30min, 60min and 90min appointments.

Herbal Refills
If you require a herbal refill of your current prescription, and it's within 4 weeks of your last appointment - you can book a herbal refill appointment.
This is a short 5- 10min Telehealth via phone to access your progress, ensure you are still eligible for a refill and if herbs and dose require modification
Telehealth appointments
Initial and Return Telehealth appointments are available for those seeking Chinese Medicine nutritional and herbal medicine support via phone or zoom.
Please note that some private health funds do not cover Telehealth appointments.
Pregnancy Acupuncture
Initial and Return pregnancy Acupuncture appointments are available.
This is for all mum’s seeking Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine support during their pregnancy journey. Whether it's for hip and girdle pain, sciatica, digestive upset and other commonly occurring encounters pregnancy can bring. This appointment is ideal for mum's seeking natural labour induction, labour preparation support and / or general pregnancy wellbeing.
